he is not going to be a bust but he wont live up to the hype. people so hype at how good he is now. he has been this good for years now. his floor is close to his ceiling. I can almost guarantee you that if he does not transform his body like Melo should have, then he will have a similar career (albeit without the abrupt ending) in terms that he will be a perennial all star but will never be considered a top 25 player. he wont be an ATG. as good as he is now, I dont see how he will improve very much. maybe his shot gets better. but as I said, he really will need to transform his body to make himself into the best defensive player he can be. he is hyped because of his offensive skill, which is unquestionable, but how good can he beyond that.
He is living up to the hype right now, putting up historic numbers for a 19 year old...
The man is ROY right now...off of a Euroleague MVP and Championship...he didn't even train in the summer, dude was chilling, that's why he's all pudgy and he still dropping 19 6 4
And he's 19...he has all the upside in the world...
He still got stuff he needs to improve on, like having a pull up jumper off the screen, improving his handle, improving on getting all the way to the rim instead of pulling up for awkward off balance floaters, finding ways to draw fouls, speeding up his shot...
Offensively, there are a lot of things that can be improved on, he's not a finished product on offense...
