The news broke just days after the Season 2 finale, which pulled in a dismal 350,000 viewers. Season 2 averaged 408,000 same-day viewers per episode, despite the 1.8 million viewers (+3 days for DVR) the show earned throughout Season 1.

Deadline reports Warner Horizon is already looking to bring the DC series to another network, with DC Universe and HBO Max as top contenders. As it stands, Krypton Season 1 is currently available to stream on DC Universe. Season 2 is expected to drop on the streaming service sometime next year.

Aside from Colin Salmon being a beast as Zod, I kinda checked out of this season.

I still don't understand why they don't just fold DC Universe into HBO Max instead of having two separate streaming services. HBO Max is going to be far more successful than DC Universe anyway.

i think they will eventually. but DC universe is running and hbo go is running and they're 2 completely different fan bases .. once max is running a year i say dc universe will be rolled in.
