They are waging quagmire war in Yemen which they are spending 200 million a day fighting that war and are running defecits. Plus with Iranian oil hitting the market the price of oil will be very low.

The war on Yemen is bankrupting Saudi Arabia and it's long term geopolitical effects will spread mayhem to the Kingdom.

Of course not. You're a dyed in the wool propagandist. Any facts or questions that contradict your refrain are dismissed. But by any measure, our century long ME intervention has been a complete failure. There's not one positive thing you can point to that has come from it and our relationship with KSA is emblematic of that. These nikkas have been playing us for idiots for the last 100 years, and you think puffing up your chest and screaming 'mission accomplished' can hide that :snoop:
Culture matters. Ideas matter. Behavior matters.

I'm not submitting to this particular idea that we caused all their problems. fukk that.

We're better than them as a staff, record label, and motherfukking crew

They are so arrogant. They buy the latest aircraft from the west,go on spending sprees buy M1A1 tanks,Leopard tanks,Centurion tanks etc. However they wanted Pakistan and Egypt to send ground troops to fight the Houthi/Yemeni military. Pakistan and Egypt said :stopitslime::camby:. So instead they have wack ass Qatar,Sudan,UAE troops plus Colombian,British,Mexican,Panamanian(:why:), Australian mercenaries while Saudi Arabian troops are on the rear doing nothing. They don't trust their own military they are afraid to be humiliated they barely fight in the war. How you leading the coalition but all you are doing is being from the air? :dahell: All that equipment and nothing to show for.

The war in Yemen is a folly for Saudi Arabia because they are alienating the Shia northern Yemeni by bombarding them to no end, trying to force an unpopular president back to power whose ownend don't like him,and AQAP hold lots of territory and are vow to overthrow the Saudi Arabian kingdom. Also like to mention there is shiites in southern Saudi Arabia who have close ties with the Shia in Northern Yemen. I believe the war on Yemen is going to have long term devastating consequences for the Kingdom because believe me they have angered alot of people and they want revenge. Iran is looking at this with the :pachaha:at Saudi Arabia.

Dont put words in my mouth dumbass, I never said we created their problems or that we are "just like them"

I am just saying we were wrong to partner with them, and our presence in the ME has made it worse

And most importantly you are laughing at their problems as if we aren't facing the exact same shyt

Underemployed youth unsure about the future :comeon:
Economic fallout from a natural resource collapse :comeon:
Regional refugee/migration issues :usure:
Instability and snowballing blowback from operations in the Middle East :francis:

You are laughing them like we are not up against damn near the same challenges

No one will sell to them. They're a fukked up way of life. When you sell to china you at least gain investor confidence of business outcomes.
:laff:

U think these corporations give a fukk about where the money comes from :laff: :whoatrice:

If theres money to be made in the consulting for the deal alone it will happen

We partnered with them at a time when they needed our help. They were a fukking sand kingdom who had the world' most precious resource.

This Saudi fund doesn't make any sense. It will be a larger version of Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway, but Warren Buffet himself only has a few dozen employees. He isn't supporting every Nebraskan. The businesses in Berkshire Hathaway's portfolio employ hundreds of thousands of people outside of Nebraska.

When you sell oil you immediately receive cash which you can distribute to the people, if that's your wish, but a portfolio of businesses isn't going to be that liquid (no pun intended). Bob Johnson's portfolio of businesses was illiquid so he had to give Michael Jordan the Charlotte Bobcats for $25M in exchange for Jordan taking on the team's $150M debt.

Saudi Arabia's primary and secondary school system is awful, among the worst in the developed world. Saudi's are scared to think outside the box and to take risks because the government is so punitive.

I realize the prince is only 30 but companies like Microsoft should have been purchased in the 80s. As soon as the Chinese got money they started purchasing multi-nationals. You diversify during the good times.

Come on man. When you made this thread u didn't make that book required reading. U haven't asked anyone who agrees or daps u to read this book. So miss me with all that.

Bottom line KSA has been finessing us for DECADES. I just pointed to 3 very blatant examples. If u need a book to explain how they haven't u don't have a leg to stand on.

You yourself have said you don't like our alliance with them and are shytting on them for their impending collapse with this thread..... why the change of tune when I mention how their fukkups are negatively affecting us?

what are you arguing?

At no point did I ever deny this, merely that:

1. To hell with KSA
2. However, they are the better of a vast range of evils

Disagree with 2. That's an illusion because our interests are aligned right now. The second things change, we'll have a similar situation to the oil embargo. shyt, look what they just did to our shale industry.

Really? They are better than Iran, with a better human rights record, a highly educated population, a legacy of legitimate democracy, and most recently, a demonstrated willingness to play ball diplomatically and make serious reforms? :aicmon: But your dumbass is the one screaming in all caps about them possibly having nukes. Meanwhile KSA is LITERALLY funding the very kind of extremism you use to justify your anti-Islam bigotry :dead:

What am I arguing? That when it comes to the Middle East your whole stance is bullshyt.

Are you forgetting what happened to Iraq?

If KSA falls, which I hope, I'm not hopeful it'll be replaced by anything progressive. The royal family is already too liberal for the religious ihkwan
