at this point, of course he's not on a top 10 list. K-Rino doesn't even have a quarter of the legacy or impact on the genre that a Nas, Big, Jay, or Pac had. Only a stan would try to argue that he's top 10 all time.

That's a ridiculous statement. from an ignorant person who hasn't even heard K-Rino's discography to comment. In terms of fame of course it's true he isn't as famous as those, but that shouldn't be the criteria for a GOAT list, should be quality, and he has that, and countless people put him as their GOAT or in the top 10, just because you're ignorant doesn't mean everybody else is. If someone doesn't put him in their top 10 that's all good too, because there are many great and worthy rappers, but it's certainly not a ridiculous choice. And many with huge knowledge put K-Rino on their lists.

Top 10 should be based on discog, quality, and impact on the genre/influence.
K-Rino had an impact on numerous great artists, including Z-Ro, Bun B, Scarface, Killer Mike, Chamilionaire, Triple 6 Mafia and countless others.
In your opinion, in my opinion it should be on discography, quality and skill. Impact and influence can be positive or negative and relies on external factors other than talent/skill/quality most of the time. K-Rino has an incredible discography filled with an abundance of quality. You don't have to have him in your top 10, but you can't argue the fact that many do.

Incorrect, Z-Ro cites K-Rino as his biggest influence even when he wasn't brought up. Many others have mentioned K-Rino off their own back too, including DJ Premier.
