Voice over trailers are my number one sign of a bad movie.

The problem with this movie is there is very little buildup leading to what is supposed to be a culmination.
They go str8 to the 3rd act with no real reason as to why it even got to that point.

Still fukking wild that They literally did one standalone film.. Did a team up film... A spin off non essential Wonder Woman film that does nothing for JL. Atleast First Avenger established the Tesseract. Then, another team up film where it got gutted in post production.

I think it's the IMAX ratio.
The reason why marvel works is becasue they suck you in to the character story arcs. They take their time introducing them and slowly build them up. Wanda was a mere afterthought and now she's about to become one of the most popular MCU characters. And while Brie Larson got hate for her Captain Marvel interpretation, dont be surprised if she becomes a fan favorite.
the amount of times Iv been curious and looked up the review scores of a beloved movie from my childhood that I thought everybody unanimously loved, only to see it had a 23% score is crazy
Felt WB excess saw the Avenger money and was fukk all that bullshyt build up. Let's just shortcut and make Avengers level movie out the gate... Which makes no sense. This character film bring in a lot of money all the same with a much cheaper cast and budget
