build anticipation and curiosity for it. In the event it’s not well received, get as many dollars as possible off the launch before people sour on it. Like how Bats v Supes made a ton opening night and fell off.

It might build anticipation for those who don’t spend a lot of time online. We’re on a subforum about movies, so obviously we know about this shyt. But this possibility of an announcement has popped up on a ton of other sites that don’t normally cover stories like this.
For full disclosure, I’m not a fan of anything Snyder has done with DC. I was on the fence about him until he crammed 4 stories worth of movies into Batman vs Superman.

The shyt show online is going to be far more entertaining than the movie itself. As one group of people shyts on it no matter what and the other group defends every thing about the movie.
So would he have to get the cast back, or is literally everything already there and he just needs to do editing/SFX ect?
Either way I bet Joss Whedon is furious, imagine having not just your project universally shyt on, but have people make a huge petition to have your version scrapped and replaced with one people consider better, to then actually have that petition granted
