Ok, so if there is an ep that you like and I like and I say it’s good. Or if there’s an ep you think is bad and I too acknowledge it’s bad.

I guess it comes down to preference. Just cuz I didn’t find them great still doesn’t mean I didnt find enjoy in them.

I walked away with a lot of the eps like “not bad” in a positive sense. But nothing ever had me like

And I guess that where I’m at with Peeles version. There hasn’t been one ep I hated, but not going crazy over them too. I liked the stories and for now would continue to watch for as long as they decide to air

fair enough. I feel you. I've enjoyed the new one overall, only last week's episode fell flat for me...cause it really led to nowhere and wasted Yuen's guest spot. But the previous 3 eps were good.

I'm just curious on what the hell the length will be...seems like they're gearing up for an hour's worth...since we only had 1 ep that was 30 mins.

This shyt is The Twilight Zone and has been and felt exactly like The Twilight Zone, but it seems some folks mad it’s not Black Mirror or some other shyt like that

I don’t think a lot of people really had a strong idea or comprehension of what The Twilight Show was

It feels like Twilight Zone, but the episodes are far too long, and I can't even understand what they're trying to do with the endings. I think there's too much setup. Once the episode gets rolling, they're good, but too much set-up and too much tying to bring it home. Ep4 could've just started with the office party.

Hell, I've been re-watching OG Twilight Zone every night since MeTV premiered, and most of the episodes just place you somewhere to begin with, and you had to feel around, just as the protagonist did. Then they would just end. I haven't seen the other reboots since they used to marathon on Sci-Fi channel, over a decade ago.

The OG twilight zone has been around for 60 years, spun off countless movies, and show iterations. Literally revolutionized the science fiction anthology genre. So much so that they have a marathon every year and people will still watch those same, in your words “average”, episodes with awe and amazement. Yet somehow I’m supposed to respect what you saying because you think it’s average?

Like I said when it comes to twilight zone fukk your opinion. We don’t see eye to eye on it. Never will and I’m honestly not concerned with your opinion on ANY twilight zone related topics. But listen breh in other threads and other topics I will listen to your opinion. But not this thread.
