Chris Ballard - needs to be fired immediately, no surprise there we've been asking for years.
Gus Bradley - no reason to bring him back. 5 TDs in a must win from Drew Lock should seal that. At times this year he wasn't the problem, which shows how bad Indy is: We have worse coaches than him.
Shane Steichen - it's clear to me this dude isn't a leader and he's not a good HC. It's also clear that he's not the one to develop AR and I don't want to give him another QB to mismanage.
Anthony Richardson - end of season injury sucks, Indy should give him next year with new coaches then move on if he doesn't improve.
Pat McAfee - I really don't care for this guy. It's obvious he's still butthurt from earlier in the season and was just waiting for his chance to say "I was right" and write a longform rant on Twitter. I mean he is right, Colts have a culture problem, but this has been true for years. I didn't hear him saying this when he was a 23 year old punter getting arrested for public intox.

I think Pat’s frat bro shtick is tiring, especially when dude is pushing 40, but he’s kinda all we got when it comes to a platform highlighting the Colts on a national level.
Nobody else really gives a fukk about the team like that, minus a five min segment on First Take or FS1 every once in a blue moon (and usually after we do dumb shyt). I hope he continues to be loud about the issues here. The issues are nothing new to those already following the team, but more eyes on them increases the likelihood of change.

Facts, and I guess I shouldn't be surprised AR is even worse with media.
Indy needs a leader, this guy is good as an OC where he can play the background.
Say we decide to actually make changes, who would you want as HC? I’m kinda tired of the first-timers, esp from Philly. It can work but it just hasn’t for us.
As far as GM goes, I hope they don’t do what I expect them to and promote Dodds from within.
I agree about first timers. I think that works better on more stable organizations. Indy has a culture/leadership problem to address.
I think they should consider going "QB whisperer" since they have AR and maybe another QB to develop.
But at the same time, I don't feel like these "genius OC" types typically bring that tough leadership and accountability.
I also don't think Indy will be viewed as a top destination, so don't expect us to have a chance at a Ben Johnson anyway.
So I don't know maybe Aaron Glenn (1st timer i know) or a Vrabel/Flores (with a big requirement being a strong OC). I don't feel strongly about anyone, and if we get a new GM happy to roll with their choice.
Unless it's someone like Arthur Smith or Ron Rivera
Also I want to say, we're not going to get a coach of his caliber, but Harbaugh is the perfect example of a strong leader turning around a goofy ass culture.

Yeah this is giving hard reset. Idk what to think about ARs back problems, I don’t want to say it’s over but….homie has been in the league for 2 injury plagued seasons and now you have back spasms that go back to 8th grade???
