In still believe that Bill genuinely liked Monica which is why he kept selling her the dream of still seeing each other even if she moved to New York. Hence why he wasn't too hell bent on fukking her, probably felt an energy from Monica since it was something new and exciting unfortunately he learned too late that Monica is mentally unstable and level 5 clingy to harassment levels. I agree with you but I have known dudes that with female relationships value love and friendship over sex... and they usually get cheated on because of it. In their minds they think they are being "a gentleman" but in reality they are just simp ass suckers.

On another note and I do apologize for all the television comparisons but Monica and Bill Clinton's relationship kinda reminds me of Faith and The Mayor's relationship was on Buffy the Vampire Slayer... I really like American Crime Story the series and hope it continues to get more seasons. There are all these details even if you know the "story". Like I didn't know OJ had a fukken statue of himself in his backyard. lol
