Where the fukk to begin.
It's insane that the U.S. would send the CIA director over JUST to get Saul's ass back alive. They wanna see whatever leverage they can get and Saul is the bait. Little do they know is that the same people sitting across from them at that meeting are pulling double duty as agents in the street and recruiting motherfukkas from the embassy to do their bidding. Carrie could learn something from Pakistani Carrie.
Gotta feel for Saul because he stuck his neck out there for Carrie and delayed his flight home. Now his shyt is delayed indefinitely while he chills out in the mountains of Afghanistan and listens to another man blow someone's back out 15 feet away. I'm sure he thought of his own trifling wife at that moment.
Quinn should've stuck to his guns and tried to quit the agency and just gone and did security for Justin Bieber or George Clooney. His purpose in Pakistan is to (poorly) babysit Carrie.
And shout out to the ghost of Brodie for dropping in while Carrie dealt with her mindfukk. I don't see how Carrie keeps her job/position after this because she's gonna be part of a separate package to swap shyt/get leverage from the U.S., just like the same plan exists for Saul.

. The writers of Homeland was really like watching Carrie play crazy though. The moment I saw Brody during her hallucination was 
. Turns out it was ol Rico Suave dude got Carrie curled up on his lap crying like she is a little girl who just had a bad dream. Damn the CIA is taking a lot of L's right now. Saul forced to sit outside while his captor goes through the kama sutra with his wife. You know Saul got a little hard with all the moaning ol girl was doing too
