Not happy about them turning Quinn the gawd into a simp either
What is being retconned as far as his character goes? They already sowed the seeds for his mental breakdown last season. We knew nothing about his personality in a romantic sense in the first place so I don't see how there can be a claim that anything is being forced. It's a pretty insulting storyline in all honesty. Retcons everything about his character to force another bullshyt romance arc into the show. So disappointing.

Quinn's been on a doneward spiral ever since he killed that kid last season. If you watched closely last season (a task I know was difficult for some, lol) there were very subtle hints that could lead one to think Carrie and Quinn could end up romantically involved. Dar Adul made the statement about blaming it on his feelings for Carrie but, as we saw, that wasnt the case and Quinn says the same. Maybe subconsciously it was, but if that's the case, the subtle hints from last season would explain that. Plus they're both fukked up individuals, they'd be perfect together in their own fukked up way. I just hope they go about it organically instead of forcing the subplot down our throats.I felt like they were implying that his breakdown was partially caused by some unspoken love for Carrie. Which I don't remember being hinted at in previous seasons
