Damn, I'm midway through season four and by the looks of some of the spoilers here, not much with Carrie changes. It apparently gets worse. I can see this will give True Blood feels, where I will only keep watching because I want the lead character to die a painful death.

At some point Carrie flat out has to be brought up on treason charges in the very least.

4 seconds after the president gets bodied, she’s sabotaging American intelligence equipment at the behest of a Russian operative with the supposed intention to help Max.

Meanwhile, she lies to Saul, who is literally the last person in earth who has a salt grain worth of belief in her now that the president is dead. Dude explicitly tells her to get on a plane of Germany and she manages to get in contact with the SAME Russian operative to help her escape the flight and then stick around in Kabul.

No way in that climate she doesn’t leave Kabul station in handcuffs and loaded into the cargo hold of a plane like a duffel bag.

They can’t leave this series with Carrie not dead or in prison. Like you said, she’s committing treason every episode. Foh.

Whoa, didn't think they would kill both of them. I was thinking one of them was going to be spared. I had thought after Haqani survived the first round of shooting, that they faked his death to flush out the real shooters. Nope.

I don't know how many episodes are left but they need to do another season. With President Dumbazz in the seat, he has to be shredded by the media and forced to step down or he's going to war with the the entire middle east. If that happens, I want to see a full season of Carrie, getting her Jack Bauer on, trying to stop a nuclear bomb from going off. Speaking of 24, isn't Hayes the equivalent of President Logan from 24?
