U can literally Google the numbers

Billie's first album almost outsold Ariana's last. We're talking less than 50k and she outsold her physically. Billie's debut has sold better than every Ariana Grande album except her last one and she had to milk Pete Davidson, Big Sean, Mac Miller (and his death) for thank u next, had to bring back the cast of victorious to copy MEAN girls, and try to lean heavy into hip-hop, collab with Miley Cyrus, insert herself into the Kanye-Drake drama, use Pete Davidson's suicide attempt to promote her album.

I haven't even listened to her album and I know Billie is already much more popular than ari off music alone. My uncle knows her off her like 2nd or 3rd single. People actually fukk with her. She seems cool. Her current buzz seems actually authentic. You can't name a scandal or situation she's been in. It's all been straight music and personality.
