cobranded ppv's really highlight how bloated the main roster is. half the wrestlers under contract serve zero purpose in the grand scheme of whatever story wwe is "trying" to tell

They expanded their television scope and downsized their ppv spots for their talent. If they took turns doing brand exclusive ppvs their tv could mean more. But they'd have to book this all with the talent used properly on different shows.
