I don't think you can max out. I heard there was crews of 1000 in Max Payne.

For some reason it's not showing me you 360 brehs even when I click on the 360 tab. It shows we're up to 80 though I dunno I'm gonna edit the thread title real quick and will work on errything else later when I get off.
