Nowaah has stood out since i made this thread. constant dope production, hes a bit hard to pick up at times but worth to study

loaded with goons

I posted The Piece With the Magnetic in the new release thread when it dropped. Still a lot of people dont know who Nowaah is. Its hard to stand out in these days with 10 or so releases per week. You dont really have much time to delve into projects. I listened to it once and it was solid, but havent had a chance to re-listen.

its the trade-off, guys really struggle with how to drop. Nowaah is usually good for 3 projects a year, which i can handle

no matter how good you are, i struggle with the monthly drop thing. i have enough music from Mach/Estee/Conway and WSG to last a long time. more material than many legends

I never got into Mach. Just never listened to his shyt believe it or not. I started trying to listen to Estee but again, too many projects....from just them alone, not to mention everything else. Its crazy. its hard for me to even keep the release thread up without getting overwhelmed, and I still miss a lot. Hell, even keeping up with battle rappers joints is hard now. Factz just dropped two albums in less than 3 months, Jae Millz dropped and album and an EP in last 2 months. Its outta control. Rim Da Villin and Planet Asia dropped a couple of joints recently....and its harder because they drop on different platforms. They both had a recent DSP release and a Bandcamp only release.

what i do is make a best-of at the end of a certain period, usually a year with guys with multiple drops. its hard to hold off on the new heat right away, but it makes for a tape that will get longer replay

the one guy who has cracked that lately is Mav from Da Cloth. his pen and beats are so good ive enjoyed all of his recent projects

yooooo :ohhh: crazy you said that about MAV because I havent had a chance to get in to him (or Illanoise) because I been rockin with Mooch heavy. then Gates and Rigz. so just absorbing all the solo stuff from Da Cloth is a task in itself. Mooch joint was knockin.

Mav goes deeper, not the raw skill of Rigz but his pen somethin different

peep Hoodlum (prod. Giallo Point) and Dust 2 Dust. production rididuclous, plus his Angelz and Demonz series with Hobgoblin. he can do subtle beats or classic boom bap
