I think that’s the issue.

We need to figure out what the importance is of these social media platforms and if they have the right to sanction free speech.

i know you are a lawyer, but the only equivalent I can think of is if the cellphone companies censored our speech on their devices, or just decided too.

We need to determine if social media is a public good, imo.
