lol it was a constitutional amendment voted on a ballot measure when California had a Republican Governor and the Assembly was majority Republican, actually.

Democrats didn't put it in place.

What's even crazier is that if he wins it would put him in the running for President in 24

He would have to win in 2022 to even be within 10 miles of running for POTUS. Also, don't forget that Trump may run again.

CA recall rules. 51% of voters would have to vote for the recall.

Dems dropped the ball by not going full court press on anti recall efforts since March. Elder might pull this off.

He doesn't want to answer questions about:

1) All the wack ass shyt he's said over the years.
2) How he can turn bombastic rhetoric into action with a Dem supermajority in the senate.

If the frontrunner isn't there, this debate isn't worth watching. There are no stakes.
