He fukked over the Freys. He was committed to ol' boys daughter. This sets off a chain of events that dont end too well for the Starks. As you can probably imagine.

And that white walker shyt is kinda ill. They dont die but for fire and anyone who dies behind the wall becomes one right? Correct me on that one. Its a dope concept though. The people south of the wall have their own worries, squabbles for the throne, unconcerned about the warnings from the North and summer finally about to end. They bout to get blindsided.

What you mean "hearing about"....nicca we SAW them in the very first scene of the very first episode. Remember, the guy runs away (Deserting the blacks in the process) and Ned Starks has to off him?

The whitewalkers are not zombies....they are something completely different. Book readers can go into more detail, but they are esentially super naturals.

The wights are the re-animated corpses (Zombies if you will). The whitewalkers make them, and they obviously travel in the same group, but there is a distinction between a white walker and a wight.

Maybe it's because I watched Season 1 straight through, with no breaks, but I think I liked that one more than Season 2.

Season 2 seemed to just here to prep what's going to happen next. Why is this shyt only 10 episodes?

No, the supernatural beings (Guys with the wrinkly faces) are called the White Walkers. In the BOOK, they are called "Others". I don't believe that "White Walkers" is ever used in the books. They changed the name of them from "Others" to "White Walkers" because the television show LOST had a group called "The Others" and HBO/George R. Martin didn't want to confuse people or whatever.
