In the book the Golden Company with Jon Connington and Rhaegars(alleged son Aegon) have landed in Storms end.

So I'm curious to how Dany even gets involved with Jon with two books to go.

Stannis is still alive and we don't know if the Battle of the b*stards even happens..Sansa is in the Vale and "Arya" (Jeyne Poole) is on her way to Castle Black.

Don't get me wrong, aborted the AEGON/CONNINGTON story line, also made the end game problematic. I think it could've helped flesh out the story, and also strengthen it. Because VARYS has a very important role in the book. But since they axed Aegon, they undercut his role.

Regardless, GRRM really fukked everyone by not getting the books done. Plus, this series needed at least 9 FULL 10 episode seasons.

I dig the Mad Queen turn. It's all seeded and it's wholly earned in everything up until this season. Every major problem with this season is it's pace. No character arc gets to breathe. Definitely feels like the B/W were over it and ready to do something different. It's too bad, because there's some genuinely interesting and good work being done on the margins.

This is literally what it is. People talking about how they ruined Dany's development...breh..Dany has done some wild, fukked up murderous shyt that we all cheered for because she was "Dany". People forget that even the folks on the right side of history often do reprehensible things as well.

Jamie and Cersei I'm cool with because to be honest they AREN'T the big bads...and I liked seeing Cersei panicked, helpless and devoid of all the faux bravado she had the whole show. People are upset they expected some Avengers style epic death when in reality she died romantically and almost poetically. Meanwhile, Qyburn gets his shyt smashed in as an afterthought and its nothing. Sometimes people DON'T get what they deserve. Isn't that kinda the WHOLE underpinning of the show?

They been fukkin with her, her whole life and just last episode murdered one of her dragons and her best friend. They all deserve to go, yall just soft

Hope Dany comes out on top but I know these writers gonna be soft
