funny...I know this may be an issue to some (not you) but it goes beyond the bells...after killing missandei...them surrendering so quickly was just simply not enough to satisfy her need for revenge...I can only imagine watching someone shoot someone I love (god forbid)...then I get the drop on them while armed and the person drops their gun and says “hey man...I give up...call the police”

Arya is a badass, but getting to King's Landing and realizing the Westerosi 9/11 is going down, is GONNA change shyt quick. Even Jon who is Mr. Perfect is frozen with realization when he realizes what is happening. Arya prolly at CTE levels of Concussions...people ain't badasses all the time...sometimes shyt gets real and you just gotta live.

It was all based on her being like her father and the whole "coin flip" shyt is stupid because that was her brother who was insane. They didn't start pushing all this Mad Queen shyt until this season after showing her as the complete opposite for 7. Every decision that she's made up until now has been influenced by her advisors who gave her shytty advice time and time again which led to her dragons dying and her friends dying. And even then you could see where she was coming from. They made her batshyt crazy in 4 episodes to justify this shytty ass ending.

They been alluding to Dany's mental state since Season 2. When she was losing her shyt in Qarth over the ships, then when she crucified all the slave owners in season 4, when she burned up all the Khals in season 6. Even in Mereen she wasn't a particularly effective ruler. Dany ALWAYS had a mean streak when some shyt needed to get done. But she ALWAYS had Jorah to temper her, then Tyrion to give her nuance, Missandei helped with her compassion and companionship, then Jon became the lover. She's lost ALL of them this season. She snapped, breh. She couldn't stick to the plan.

Love the wrestling double turn in this episode.

Loved the warped love ending for Jamie and Cersei. If that was Jon and ol wildling girl in a scene it'd be heart breaking. They warp certain tropes and I like it.

The on the ground feel of this shyt is wild. You feel that wrath you see what those people are going through from their view.

I get why some of you aren't happy but I very much like the turn this has taken

I didn't want Arya to kill Cersei nor did I expect it because they were making it to obvious. I think she came to Kings Landing to kill a queen, just not the one we all expected.

She barely has anything left why don't you think she'd go mad now?
If it's always been up in the air that it runs in the family, then she loses basically everything except her 1 child, including her bestfriend, including her love why is it surprising. Yes it happened quickly but it's not like she hasnt burned up cats before she burned the Tarleys cause they werent bending. Dany always had it in her to be ruthless, just caise you're finally seeing the culmination of it all and ar its peak doesn't mean it's a quick turn
