She chose to continue with the blindness. The Kindly Man, the Faceless Man at the House of Black and White, would frequently ask if she would like her sight back, but she knew that if she said 'yes' they'd kick her out. Jaqen H'ghar is not involved at all with Arya's training. She never sees him again after he gives her the coin and leaves Harrenhal. On the show, when Jaqen changed his face before leaving Arya, he kept that face and went to Oldtown calling himself the Alchemist. He then kills a student of the Citadel named Pate, takes his face and is now in the Citadel for some reason that hasn't been revealed.

I'm one of the people who doesn't believe this for one damn second... Danny came up from the bottom, didn't take any shortcuts to get money or boats or an army... took from ep 1 to the most recent season to even touch westeros... then she actually sees the army of the dead, loses a dragon to one.....

And in the end, she's gonna turn psycho out the blue, ignore all her counsel who would not be down for any of that, forget about killing the white walkers and that war.... and kill who?? Jon?? Notherners?? And then what?? Go march on the queen alone after doing that? Get killed and then have Jon march on and become king?
