Basically this is what Android users have been criticizing Apple for (and before I get attacked, I've never owned an iPhone, been Android forever). Samsung realized that it's easier to make incremental changes each year, and that minimal updates eventually become the best way (in their minds) ... and just like Apple, they're going to use their great marketing skills to convince people of that. Nothing wrong with that, you can't reinvent the phone with each model.
Meanwhile the One is probably the better phone, but they suck at marketing and there's no way they'll have nearly the amount of sales as the IV.
