Repealed a lot of Obama's executive orders. Stripped away a lot of the ACA, pushed for a big tax bill right away. Attacked DACA, worked to end the Iran deal from day one.

Stripped away a lot of environmental protections and installed cronies loyal to him in damn near all Fed agencies.
