Skip’s tweet was misunderstood but it is what it is. :manny:

I’m sure Shannon got plenty of calls from players.

Shannon know showing up and not really pushing back would look bad, especially since recently we saw how Skip shytted on him with that Tom Brady shyt. :francis:

Skip didn't even say anything wrong in the tweet.

He said what is the nfl going to do with the game and the season. Two things that have now become irrelevant due to circumstance

What exactly are people mad about?
Sometimes you need to read the room and just shut the fukk up. Skip Bayless is American CAC arrogance at its highest and he's being humbled

Shannon probably said I'm not doing a regular show today, which is what Skip is actually trying to do.
Spoke about Damar for the first segment and then the next segment he's taking about Brady to himself, crazy.

yeah I can see that. Shannon not gonna go back to talking about Brady the day after.

Because thats what people do especially when they don’t like someone

They use it as an excuse to pile on and it becomes a tidal wave

Social Media is really the scourge of the planet :wow:
There is an almost hive mind collective that's literally out there looking to tear people down. It started after #MeToo. Now adays if anything happens online that people perceive to be upsetting the mob pounces.

I stopped using social media years ago because I saw the issues with having a statement that can be tied to you personally live on forever online. I think these celebrities that use it are foolish.

He first expressed concern about what will the nfl do about restarting or rescheduling the game then later about the possible loss of human life
He actually didnt do that. He expressed the gravity of the situation and prayers for the player and his family. In the 2nd tweet, he mentioned the ramifications of the NFL postponing the game. Was the 2nd tweet tone deaf and insensitive? I believe that's up for debate. Not saying this directly to you, but I really can't stand what society has become. This PC, faux outrage, overly emotional reaction to shyt is sickening.

100%

There’s no real point unless you are trying to promote a charity or some shyt like that

As a society we have NO NUANCE.

Everything is black or white period.

If you say some shyt on here that someone doesn’t agree with the Coli calls you a CAC :russ:

There’s no real point to use social media when you have a lot to lose

I think the tweet was poorly written so his Intentions were not clear. Even I read it at first as him being insensitive. But we in a react and respond vs analyze era, so his head might roll.

Disagree. You gotta give context to the situation and look from a birds eye perspective sometimes.

If he would have done what you said people would be up in arms about the same shyt.

I don't even like Skip it just is what it is
No. You don't.

Skip is an award winning journalist. He loves to brag about his credentials, but he couldn't read the room and not be insensitive for once?

He worded it that way because he wanted a reaction, and he got it.

Atleast for once we don't have to hear him say "It's my turn!" While girl punching the desk.

FOH with feeling sorry for Skip Bayless because he has needed to be properly checked years ago. You people are embarrassing.
Skip is a piece of shyt, but I don't think he meant to diminish the brehs health situation. They coulda got Nick Wright or Mike Vick up to just make faces as he talks

It was his third tweet. The first two were about Hamlin.

I agree with you, this is faux outrage. Twitter is a joke.
