and it reflects in the players. Shuto and NL are great obviously but I think they don't get enough credit for what they're doing with that character The risk/reward differential is all fukked up now. Again Ryu does the same damage but maintains his health. Ken does nearly the same damage and gets better situations. He's probably even below Luke on the shoto rankings
