Kichipa plays Gief like a crackhead because he HAS to
Im just saying that the buffs would be better served spread throughout his kit instead of packed into the Vskill. Giving him oki off his LP or MP SPD would let him keep pressure once hes in. Extending the lower hitbox of Lariat lets him punish with lk xx lariat from range and lets him fight the footsie monsters better. I personally think hes too Vskill reliant right now.
I also dont know the frame data on the kick so it might be super ass on block
