No lies The Division has been the best looter shooter aarpg on the market right now ever since it's 1.7 and 8 patches dropped, with the absence of Borderlands 3 and Destiny 2 straight up shytting the bed at launch. People just made the mistake of thinking it was a Tom Clancy clone; the game is closer to Diablo in terms of how important and impactful your build and itemization choices are on the gameplay as opposed to like Rainbow Six where it's all just about gunplay. Not like it don't have nice shooting mechanics tho, with the best cover system in a 3rd person shooter too hands down.
If Massive just does the opposite of Bungie with Destiny 2 and NOT backtrack on all the progress they made in improving their franchise since it's troubled beginnings with every patch and expansion then shyt guaranteed to be piff.
