You're correct in that, as they typically are, but remember, this was an expedited release, as it wasn't originally going to drop till Summer. So they probably had to sacrifice image quality to make it available faster. Or, it could be the whole thing with Covid and the gov't. telling streaming services to reduce their resolutions during this time due to the uptake in WFH and internet usage spike (tho with that, they're supposedly going to make streaming services resort to Standard Defintion for a while, so I don't know).
