I'm not convinced Deb set that shyt up. She really could've died in that accident. Plus, it's just like Dex connected it, Hannah thought it would kick in behind the wheel like for the writer. Both times, intention was to kill and make it look like an accident. If Hannah hit Deb up with the poison aconite shyt or rat poison we'd all be looking at her like cause we all know that's her thing. Using Deb's own meds was kind of smart, in a unsuccessful way lol. We gotta remember that this chick has been a master of deceit.

I can be wrong, but the way I see it, Dex completely abandoned the code by killin her pops so that she could have what he thought would be a better life for her. I see her failed attempt as her trying to reciprocate the favor. In her mind, she asked nicely, now its time to kill to give Dex a better life, a happy life, and the future that he was looking forward to. She was trying to remove the problem the same way he did.

It seems pretty obvious that Debra orchestrated that whole thing. They had that whole conversation with Dex about "planting evidence" to "give them definitive proof."
She used that shyt on Dexter. Then she had that convo with Hanna about "doing whatever it takes to protect him from her"
I don't see how that angle could go over anyones head...weather you believe thats what happened or not...you certainly gotta be thinking it could be a possibility that would make sense. All three of these bytches are playing him...Hanna subliminally coercing him into killing her dad by getting him to break his code...Laguerta setting him up with that killer. Deb with this shyt...I thought killin off that Isaak dude was gonna mean the end of this season but damn...this shyt is still dope and it looks like we got even more threats to Dexter now...Its gonna be him against the world. That Cartel Dude...Laguerta...Hanna...maybe Doakes (its would make for a wild storyline but fukk it...its DOAKES!). Its official...11 episodes in...Dexter is BACK :isback:

I agree. I knew Deb had to have been behind the whole "She poisoned me" thing.. and it was pissing me off too.

Watching that preview of next weeks episode though I literally had the expression goin on.

Matthews got some fukking quotables...that dude was on fire with the slick jokes and puns at La Guerta in this episode. He wouldn't stop

The problem with taking Hannah down in this capacity is that she knows he's a killer. Bad move to give her that much leverage and especially when he knows a listening ear like La Guerta is out there.

Will Dexter have to kill La Guerta but if he's been arrested, how would he evade suspicion?

Very good episode and the best FINALE in the history of the show is finally upon us in 6 days. Can't wait.

Yeah fukking right..more has been on the line in the last two episodes than anything since Season 2 and he was exposed by Doakes and almost taken down by Lila.

As for Deb being behind it? She would be maybe the most villainous character of the season if she did that and she's not on that level of planning and manipulation. Could be a surprise twist but she would be twisted beyond comprehension and that's something NO ONE saw coming. She's already committing conspiracies but faking accidents and setting people up? LOL. That's a stretch...THEN AGAIN, she does know that Doakes is 100% innocent and doesn't mind that shyt at all Her oath is starting to fall to the wayside..
