I imagine new players are going to be overwhelmed by amount of stuff and Quests they can do in this game.

If you already have the first 2 DLCs, you can just get the Taken King DLC for 40.
The repackaged version (Legendary Edition) just comes with everything that you already have and some exclusive dance emotes and class items I believe.
