Ram Warlocks are annoying af. When some bullshyt happens and they survive something that nobody else can, I immediately inspect the character and surely they have min agility and maxed out armor.

@Balmain dude was using Fireborn and not Radiant Skin. The shot did 198 (had the clip but deleted it)

Either way, didn't know that

only 417 snipers, black hammer and spear can put radiance down

i'm more of a 'Voidfang + helm w/grenades give more super' warlock user myself. the Ram can survive 3 Thorn shots, a titan shoulder charge, and a headshot while in radiance (unless its a Spear, or an LDR final round) which is all great but I never use it

if y'all find you getting sniped a lot with it on, at least you now know why

Plus in order to be that strong you have to sacrifice all your agility, which I just can't do.

you can survive a headshot with radiant skin without the ram, but people run around with shotguns way too much for the hitbox to be a concern

that being said @GoldenGlove has the most OP longbow in the game and he doesnt even use his send it perk fukk em

Snapshot is the best perk in that middle column if u ask me. can't quick scope without it. I like Shadow of Veils but it doesn't have it

Yeah, when I was being "serious" in PvP, I ran a lot of Bladedancer (full agility), Midas, Dance Machines - and it was like playing Halo 2 while everyone else was playing MW2. EVERY shootout was unfair. You can even get cheesier with Universal Remote, Plan C, or Suros. Its pretty dumb. You can pop off a few rounds, do a lap around the map, then comeback to finish someone off. I used to just dance through entire TLW clips.

I recently came back to PvP (I'm boycotting all cheese and stuff soon to be nerfed - so no TLW, Thorn. No blink/shotgun. Etc) and I've found a really good middle ground with Red Death with high caliber rounds - it really does fukk with people's ability to send shots back - and single point sling with Radiant Dance Machines on an Agility/Armor/No Recovery Hunter build. Its a great setup if you know you can put in work in 1 v 1s and it encourages you to stay aggressive. Red Death recovery is pretty much better than the real thing so if you get just one kill you can get the momentum you need to push a spawn all by yourself.

Been experimenting with Boots of Eao and primaries with Icarus. That extra control double jump + eao gives you a triple jump with RIDICULOUS vertical maneuverability. You'll find yourself juking behind pillars that people never knew that they had to be aware of. Shotgunners sit on radar then hit corners only to find me levitating in the ceiling fan with a hipfire/icarus red hand my throwing knives are scud missiles

but seriously - give it a shot if you got it. the day destiny introduces an icarus sniper rifle is the day i declare war on the entire community

I might throw Destiny back in the rotation just to crack some heads in the PVP.

ttk flop?...lmao....hold up, let me get this straight: you think ttk is gonna flop despite destiny's community still going strong after a year; and the fact the game has more hype now then it did when it first came out cause bungie has fixed a lot of the issues people had with the game (i.e. content and streamlining a lot of the shyt)....on top of that, for $60 bucks you get ttk, destiny, and all year 1 expansions; so people that were holding out cause of content, worried they werent getting enough for their money, are getting everything at a steal....also, for the new players worried about catching up, they've included shyt so they can at least have 1 character up to speed to do everything in the game....

...so ttk flopping?...naw brotha, it's more like crushing buildings lol.....seriously, cats thought bungie was on some shyt saying this game would be around for 10 years...especially if you listened to all the naysayers, reviewers, etc. that complained about the game when it dropped.....but the way it's looking, that 10 year plan announcement was a warning from bungie, cause destiny aint going no where....ttk gonna have the game locked for at least another 6 months...and just when you think it's over, they gonna drop a new expansion to keep the party going....
