HAND CANNONS


Changes:
  • Start damage falloff closer to the player to limit long range lethality
  • Small reduction in ADS accuracy, targeted at making long range snap-shooting less reliable
  • Reduce final accuracy when firing from hip
    • Fast firing from hip is less reliable
  • Reduce magazine size for all base inventory stats
  • Reduce base Optics (zoom) for all Hand Cannons
    • ADS now grants more width in favor of depth

From reading that it sound like Scout Rifle got next.
I thought so too but maybe you can help me understand this part of the update notes:

  • Increase base damage for medium to high Rate of Fire Scout Rifles
    • PVP: Does not affect TTK in PVP on a Guardian with full health
So how does increasing the base damage not increase TTK? Especially for a gun like the MIDA. Does this mean the base damage increase only applies to PVE ? If so then scouts will largely go unchanged it sounds like , and it's more likely that high end autos will make a comeback.

While I agree with you on the self res part (mainly because I'm terrible at timing it). SS is a support class and with self res you gain the benefit of essentially getting another chance at a that last kill BUT you sacrifice the chances of generating orbs for your team because most are either dead already or won't be around to collect them and will die before they get there. So I mostly agree with you. Pop those supers when you get them soon after you get them to maximize how many supers you use and how beneficial they are for your team. 2 cents


I like to be the first one in the room or over the wall with my team at my back while running raidiant skin .They'll either get the easy kills from my grenade damage or get the orbs (or both). If you're spec'd for discipline the damage output is insane.

That video isn't a great display on how you use sunsinger or how you play the game in general. Did you see how he was killing those guys? Some of em just stood there, and I saw a few using auto rifles and etc. Nerd is a monster so I'm not saying he isn't good I'm just saying that if anything the video just shows how shytty his opponents were.

Great gun changes. Looking forward to what this means for IB and Trials. No shotgun sniping, TLW/Thorn fukkery, and Final round.. Should be interesting.
it don't matter how shytty the people you're playing are. 81 kills is 81 kills.. I'm sure you ran against shytty players and didn't even hit 50 kills. I used that same set up and averaged 30 kills per game easy.

:whew: this should make PvP a lot more interesting. I've been using The Fulcrum HC & NL Shadow 701(high rate of fire scout) for the past few weeks and feasting so my weapons should still perform as they should or better.

I'll also be able to finally use the wolfslayers claw(Shadow price clone) since autos may be back in the mix. :shaq:

It's more for like the scholar low rate of fire, but high damage. But I don't get that second part too idk I'm test every gun starting with the bad juju , autos and scouts I been saving a bunch of high impact autos because I had a feeling about this buff

bottom line to me, it makes pvp fun again.. and thats the end game for me.... at the end of the day most of us got great runs out of dominating with gally, but pve content can really be beaten with any weapon u want, as long as ur skilled... i really could care less about pve nerfs...

pvp, will be a completely different game... its going to be fun again... rerolling will matter.... im cool with this news
