Yeah man after getting gallahorn, the whole game changes... now its way more fun to just run raids, heroics, roc strikes etc....

but the chase for loot is not really there anymore... there are so few things that i actually want (hawkmoon).. and even when i get nothing from nightfall.. im just like "fukk it i got a gallahorn anyways im good lol"

i play more so to help the dudes i run with... i feel as though by pushing the expansion back to may they kinda accepted they are gonna lose alot of day 1 players for the next 2 months... but well be back.

Yeah I still want Black Hammer, and Hard Light since its the last exotic weapon I don't have. resurrecting my hunter and want that Knucklehead Radar, aside from that you're right. I can relax a bit cuz I'm usually on edge playing this damn game. time to start showing love to other games now too and wait for HoW or the next significant patch

yeah black hammer is an essential weapon for the optimal loadout... wasnt so sure at first... but it pretty much replaces icebreaker.

not true.....it's the better choice only against big, stationary boss types...other than that, it's even or breaker has the advantage....also, there are other snipers that are just as, if not more effective than the hammer depending on the enemies....but you know, you talk like someone that finally has gally, so 'optimal' loadout means having that equiped as much as possible, and you cant do that if you use the breaker....reading back up in the thread, i now understand lol.....

...just fukking with you...but please dont fall into the 'gally or not at all' crowd...they are annoying.....even more so than the 'you need to do more raids to get to level 32' crowd i run into when i run with randoms....they tend to say it to me cause i run around as 31 most of the time cause i like to....when i tell them i can be 32 anytime i want to and switch to it just to show them, they tend to shut the fukk....which i like lol....

I hear you, im just talking about my own personal enjoyment tho... its funnest to have gallahorn equipped... and for that reason i generally use black hammer...

I can agree overall icebreaker is better, but its just a matter of wanting to have that exotic slot open.... but i agree with you in the elitist problem in the game specifically over random drops like gallahorn... but as someone who jsut put in alot of hours its fun to have a new OP weapon to go around doing random strikes and raids with.

really for pve, its a matter of choice which weapon you want to use... sure some weapons give an advantage in certain situations... but overall really u can use most any weapon in any situation as long as you have an understanding of the game...

what i really hope is that the next run of exotics have the same level of benefit as weapons like gallahorn and icebreaker... it would kinda suck if gallahorn was the strongest exotic throughout the entire run of this game.
