Alright brehs, this is gonna seem weird, but I need opinions and advice on gear. I've never stepped foot inside a raid yet. I can barely get 2 others to do the weekly with me.. but I see everyone with an exotic chestpiece. I have an exotic helm (the Light Beyond Nemesis) and the new legendary chestpiece (Dusk Tread III) Is that gonna keep me from max leveling? Is there a certain formula that I need to follow in order to get to 33 (or whatever the cap is)?
Also.. as far as weapons, whats the best weapons for a raid setting? I like my scout rifle (The A.1F19X-RYL) but I see the new guns can be leveled higher. I've got the Plan C fusion rifle as my exotic weapon. Good choice or what? Help a breh out ..

First time was on the moon just on patrol, second was from the Fist of Crota mission. Everybody on the forums just run that mission and jet straight to the Knight and reload the mission if they don't get it. I was doing the Blades of Crota bounty and the axiom bolt bounty and got it again

I'm lackin on Exotic Bounty Weapons.
got Bad Juju rotting on one character and got Thunderload from a nightfall one week. I picked Thorn since I'm really starting to like Hand Cannons.
I chose Thorn on my main character and dismantled my og one. The lingering damage might be good to prevent Crota from regenerating his shield but I have too many weapons that I like already for primary and better exotics in the other slot. Might just stash it
Any gear with a max light level of 36 will get you to lvl 32 if you are wearing all gear with 36 light level.
If you like the plan c upgrade it at xur before sunday he's selling the upgrade right now.

got the rocket launcher out the raid...apparently its the second best rocket launcher besides the ghorn....

Yea I saw the Plan C upgrade available. I'm wondering if its worth having an exotic secondary weapon as opposed to an exotic primary one. I barley use the Plan C to be honest.. even though I like it.
