I'm on the moon trying to kill 3 swarm princes. Ridiculous old bullet sponge enemies that take 5 full ammo clips to kill. It's clear to me you aren't supposed to play this game by yourself.

Then why do you have to go out of your way to put together a team to do single player missions? There aren't any match making options. There's no efficient way to find people at the same point of the game that you're at either. by default the game turns off the option to allow anybody to join your fireteam. you have to go into the options every time you boot the game and reactivate it.

What level are u? The moon missions were challenging but definitely doable playing dolo at level 11 which is where I am

You are making this out into a bigger deal then it needs to be. Its not that hard to link up with ppl to do story missions. Plenty of ppl on here to add. I don't mind playing easier missions, strikes, etc. Add me and I will help you

Pretty sure that's part of a power up that only lasts a few seconds

Level ten and getting better. Been playing with level 24s so I've been easy driving.

you can still do the vault...you just gotta be within 2 levels of the difficulty...

man, this game fun as hell...you just don't want to stop playing....and there is so much shyt to do....I've put hours in the game, yet I've only finished the moon in story mood lol...gotta get on that so I can be ready for the vault next tues...speaking of which, you can get a preview of the vault if you play skirmish...the board is on mercury in a place called the vault in a place called something like land of glass....now, the board aint glass, but you can tell that's what the vault gonna be from the shyt we've seen of it....

When you hit 20 in order to rank up after that does all of your armor have to have "light" from head to toe?

naw, but it helps....you keep ranking up by just doing shyt, it just takes longer once you hit 20....cause by then, your character is almost done....the light stuff just helps you participate in things that are a higher level than you....

Just realized you gotta use arc damage weapons in that weekly strike to make it easier. All my peoples had full games or did it already so I'll try again tomorrow (later tonight).

Still ended up grinding out the strike playlist and got enough strange coins for my gauntlets. Level 24 now

Yea I think good matchmaking solves all of this. Put the level high ten/twenty level guys on the same lobby. Because despite everything being "equal" higher level players still have access to better guns/abilites/etc. You still got level 6-7 guys being matched up with the higher ranks. Plus that whole balanced playing field thing is a myth. I had my shotty and it literally took 4 buckshots to drop this guy(with his shield down) And the melee, esp with the titans, is ridiulous.

I disagree...I say let people go at it like they do...yea, if you a lower level, you might get your ass kicked, but you also get better...cause you learn some shyt you should/shouldn't do cause of them being a higher level...besides, there is a one solution to everything:

shoot them in the face....especially with shotties....
