FYI Destiny is live for HK, so you can buy the game much cheaper and can play RIGHT NOW

I can confirm that this method works for Xbox One

If you do this (buy Destiny on Hong Kong store), you can play right now and it's cheaper as well ($55 for regular version, $72 for Digital Guardian Edition)

Simply switching regions won't work. You must switch regions AND buy game from that regions marketplace. It's much cheaper from HK as well I may add (Metro Redux Bundle can be bought for $25 on HK Marketplace)

Your American CC will work as well as PayPal for payment. Just look up a Hong Kong hotel and use that address for a billing address

The Region workaround is only for Xbox One due the way the XB1 handles regions and Marketplace
