If you can get the physical copy at least by tomorrow morning then you can play early. If not then you might as well wait until it official unlocks in your timezone(3AM EST).

Nope. It's unlocking(From what's known for now) at 12AM PST/3AM EST.
Hopefully they unlock it earlier.
