I swear I have no clue what the fukk I'm doing. I just ran through a Russia mission by myself with a bunch of level 8 dudes standing around looking like they were just trying to farm points, ridid around on air motorcycles. thought this was death match type shyt.?!

How don't you know what you're doing??? The first few missions have checkpoints and whatnot so it's pretty much go here and do this or that but other players can be seen in the overworld.

The other people you see running around are players in the same world as you but once you get to certain parts of your mission you'll notice the screen darken and it'll say something like "respawning disabled" or something like that. That basically separates you from other players and only people in your fireteam can be seen.

The deathmatch or competitive MP becomes unlocked when you hit level 5 and you'll know because it'll be a green notification on your map at the tower. Go there and go to the guy to accept the invitation to the "Crucible".

OK that makes sense because I was basically beastin a whole level fighting some big ass boss while dudes standing around dancing. I'm level 4 now though so I'll see what's up after I rank up again.
