"Marvel needs the FOX characters so they can be done right!"

:dahell: :mjlol:

Kinda confused by this logic as virtually none of the Fox characters (outside of Wolverine, Prof. X, Magneto and Deadpool) were done very well.

They got Mystique leading the X-Men, for Christ sake. And don't get me started on what they did to Apocalypse.

When Disney does a Deadpool movie :mjlol:

:what:

'Deadpool' Can Stay R-Rated at Disney, Says Bob Iger

Disney is ready and willing to get into the R-rated movie business – if the branding is right.

In a call with media following Disney's acquisition of 21st Century Fox, Iger addressed the future of Deadpool, Ryan Reynolds' raunchy and lucrative R-rated Marvel franchise at Fox.

"It [Deadpool] clearly has been and will be Marvel branded. But we think there might be an opportunity for a Marvel-R brand for something like Deadpool," said Iger. "As long as we let the audiences know what's coming, we think we can manage that fine."

Not trying to derail the thread but Disney released R rated films under Miramax for a solid 17 years....so acting like they'd never release an R rated movie is....bizarre as fukk.

Fox has had some good to great films but it's time to give it back to Marvel I mean look at what they did to the FF Franchise and Galactus

He won't be a part of the MCU; there's no way Iger is going to have a crossover between Deadpool and the MCU so it's a moot point.

That has nothing to do with what you said though.

Hell, Deadpool hasn't even had a proper cross over with the X-Men so him not actively appearing in the MCU will be business as usual, character-wise. The vast majority of these movies, be it Fox or Marvel, are PG-13.

Yeah from a story standpoint you gotta keep him separate. He knows he’s in a movie the rest of the characters in other movies don’t have that awareness lol. shyt would clash
