Hearing all of the crazy stories about how Meng used to legit beat the shyt out of people, it's surreal to him him laugh and have so much joy.

I heard Jim Cornette talking about the episodes for the coming season. Seems very underwhelming, I'm not sure they have anything left to talk about at this point. I'll still watch though, we might get some stories we never heard before.

The rise and fall of ROH would be good since ROH was the catalyst NXT Black and Gold, a lot of main roster talent in WWE, and the birth of AEW. Though I don’t know if there is much of any dark stuff there other than founder Rob Feinstein being a pedo
I wish they would cover more from outside the US too.
The CMLL and AAA split that happened when CMLL’s Booker left to form AAA and took a bunch of talent with him would be great episode or two. That’s two companies hate each other unlike anything else in the wrestling world. And that split happened over 30 years ago.
Then there is the case of NOAH, which basically did the same thing to All Japan that CMLL did to AAA. And there’s a whole lot of political fukkery like this throughout Japanese wrestling.
Gaea Girls - watched a short doc on that one time and it would be a good subject to explore for a DSOTR episode.
Then there is all the real or speculated connections of the Yakuza throughout Japanese wresting.
There’s actually just a whole lot of shady and criminal stuff that’s happened in Japanese wrestling. And a decent amount of history of Japanese talent working themselves into a shoot in matches.

only thing I hated was that they really shoehorned in The Shockmaster which had nothing to do with Earthquake. Still a funny segment though
