Candido's story was something that could've been prevent, but I said it here before. His love for the business did him in, if only he wait till he was fully healed up instead of heading to Orlando immediately, we would be talking about how he turned his life around, while Tammy's went straight to hell.

Dude, Bam Bam wasn't just doing dumb shyt and flips for no reason.

Guy was just a big guy who could move, but he knew how to be a big man and use his size as a scary big guy.

I know that's his signature attire, but I remember thinking "dam he still rocking that late 80s looking shyt and he looking for the top star of the company like that?" I know he he hiding his fat, but at least take the sleeves off and get straps. Or the look he had later on with the Triad.

No way, he still wrestled with majority power moves, big dudes having just a couple top rope moves as signatures or special occasions like Vader or Mike Awesome really adds because they are still using their weight as a strength to come down on you. An example of a big dude doing acrobatic moves that doesn't add to their presence is like Luchasaurus or Brian Cage doing a hurricanrana.

I re-watched the Von Erichs episode, its still crazy to me that they put this many people in Texas Stadium, this was all before Wrestlemania 1.

Caught up on a couple last night. Adrian Adonis and Abdullah specifically. The Bam Bam one is on on demand for me yet. Could stream it off a site, but rather watch it on the TV. I'd never heard about the dudes robbing them in the water. That's a different breed of scumbag. Also didn't remember anyone surviving that crash. But, finding out the only survivor was a twin. Man that dude has to be going through it daily.

I love that the only reason to claim that Abdullah didn't know how to read/write was because he could read a menu. Well shyt by third grade most people know how to read the words like hamburger, chicken, steak. Or any many cases it don't even have to be on the menu. Just be like I want the steak and x, or the chicken and x. fukking so dumb that that is the only reason we doubt he's illiterate.

Looking at all the merch and movies and games and shyt he had of him, you can definitely bet he got swindled out of so much money. It's so odd hearing Abdullah speak versus the memories I had of him as a kid. I recall first seeing him in the Apter mags on a flight to my grandparents. The only colored section was just pages of a bloody terrifying Abdullah the butcher. And then I remember him coming to WCW and I thought for sure he was going to kill Sting.



I was shook as a kid.

Also fukk that Hannibal guy. Comes off as such a grimey douchebag and tries to cover it up being all soft spoken and shyt. Like it's bad when you are person that should be given sympathy in a situation and I'm just like sucks to suck.
