Larry and Richard are stark examples of hard living vs healthy living. They are the same exact age and if wasn’t for baldness, Larry would look considerably younger.

Yes, Richard Lewis looks like a walking corpse trying to conceal his bald spot. Also Larry moves around very well to be in his 70's. I watched a season one episode and Larry essentially looks the same from 20 years ago.
