Both belong to David Malan (the instructor) who's been posting all of his lectures/problem sets/quizzes/etc there, every year, since 2007.
If you click that drop down menu in the top-right corner of
CS50.tv (the downward triangle, next to where it says "Computer Science 50: Introduction to Computer Science"), you'll notice that he also has pages for some of the other classes that he teaches. "Computer Science E-75: Building Dynamic Websites" is pretty good for anyone who's interested in moving into websites after CS50.
Stay focused and have fun with it. Then, build from there.
