Neo hit the threshold of nodes that drops the Gas return down. Gas is probably going to keep crashing as everyone sells it to buy more Neo.
Neo is dropping because the market cap is way down and they had that node that went down. Anything under $100 is a buy for me though. I should have gotten in at $33 but whatever, I think we're going to 4 digits in two years.

Yes there are many exchanges. No single exchange trades every coin however. So theres not really a such thing as a singular website you can use for all trading. The more popular exchanges are
www.Binance.com
www.Bittrex.com
But in order to trade on these two exchanges you need to exchange $ for crypto. Once you exchange your $ for some Bitcoin/Litecoin/Ethereum, you can transfer it to the corresponding wallet on one of the above exchanges so you can then buy the alt coins you want. To exchange your $ for crypto you need to use a Major fiat onramp exchange like www.Coinbase.com.
shyts convoluted and takes a while to learn, but that's the price to pay for being an early adopter. The payoff is extreme gains. If you have any trouble use youtube tutorials. All those websites have dozens of youtube tutorials teaching you how to use them. You can use www.coinmarketcap.com to track coin prices.
Edit: BTW you will be buying at the bottom of this bear market which is ideal. Everything is cheap right now because of this dip.
