Buy $2000 worth of bitcoin on Coinbase, GDAX or Gemini. Then transfer it to Bittrex where you can buy Waves with bitcoin.

So I will leave this tonight with a tip to check out CoEval. The Monkey Capital ICO starts in about 7 hours and things tend to pop right away. My guess is that Waves will definitely go up as a result. Not so sure about the Monkey Token and CoEval as well, but it is something to keep an eye on.
