One of the most confident paragraphs Dave's has written lately, only for it to end with "unless something changes" :laff: :laff:

:salute: to Thatcher.

:salute: to Finlay. Dude probably saw that WOS cosplay look like ballet and then went :scust: kinda unrelated but it was Finlay's match with Thatcher that made a fan of Timothy, that indy run by Fit was something else :wow:

I think y'all should wait for Gulak vs ZSJ before shytting so much on the dude. I'm a bigger fan of Gulak but I'm sure Zack will look better against him.

Sabre is "cool" but he literally has the worst look of any wrestler associated with wwe in any day (seriously every commentator and announcer is in better shape) and his match wasn't entertaining....he was selling an ankle lock thst wasnt even very visible and the crowd wouldnt get visually in most cases, all match.

they should stay away tbh

@stro I'm still betting on ibushi and (I bet) he's just denying that he has signed as not to spoil anything

Literally all of the announcers are bigger than Finn Balor, too. :damn:

By bigger I mean more than height. Build is honestly more important for a "look", and sabre looks like "elliptical guy" at a 24hour fitness at best. He's scrawny as fukk, and he doesn't have a moveset or a tag partner to overcome that.

Balor is fukkin jacked, and at least comes across as a tough guy.

Balor is shorter or the same height as Michael Cole. And all the other announcers are taller than Michael Cole. Michael Cole is also swoll and as big or bigger than Balor in muscles as well. Balor is legit like 175 at the absolute most. There are a number of guys in the CWC that are significantly bigger than him. Yet he's headlining SS for the title :wow:

Other than that ONE PICTURE of cole SUPERFLEXING...NO....cole is not MORE MUSCULAR THAN FUKKIN FINN BALOR

I dont really care about height, i was a TAZ mark in ecw...i'm discussing build and ZSJ is puny. Balor is yoked out.

He's extremely lean and cut, which is the opposite of yoked out. Body fat % is probably sub 5%.

I agree, but low body fat makes you look VERY STRONG on camera which is what he has. Thats my point...he isnt crews or ryback...i misused yoked, i shouldve said CUT.

Zack doesnt even look close to strong at all. In wrestling you have to look TOUGH regardless of build or size or height....or have some sort of sneaky moves or submission or something...or be crazy/risk taking....he just looks like 'a guy'.

This, and the funny thing is, ZSJ doesn't even look like Angelico from Lucha Underground, he's also a lean dude, but at least Angelico has some type of definition to go with his build. ZSJ just looks weird, like an extra regular dude that works out just a little bit more than the average dude. His smug "hey look at all these moves I can do in under 7 seconds" attitude doesn't help either.

And quit bringing up popcorn muscle Michael Cole, he damn near tore his hamstring saying "The Streak....is over"

Which unsigned talent/non-WWE vets do you guys think are standouts so far in this tournament who could potentially have great careers in the WWE (look and body down, translatable styles, personality)?

I really liked Ibushi, Cedric, Gallagher, Mendoza, Daivari, Metalik, and Perkins. There might be a couple others who I don't remember. Sabre Jr needs a lot of body work

Ciampa vs. Gargano was mindblowing btw

I really don't want to be a ZBJ defender because I'm not a big fan, but y'all are making too much of a big deal over a single match and a physique that can be easily improved after 6 months at he Performance Center.

Ibushi is a weird dude but he loves the attention. I have no clue if he ends up signing with WWE but his word holds little to no weight to be honest, he's always "working".

Really the biggest thing Sabre needs to work on to me is his Ho Ho Lun level selling :ld:

I'm not worried about how in shape he looks since guys like Zayn look pudgy & it doesn't make him any less great. His style doesn't really bother me either because as a cocky heel who knows he can tie dudes up 1000 different ways he'd be fine. Honestly his look would add to that.

Man, Rich Swann's entrance is practically a long-ass "DIDN'T READ LOL" gif. Dude be killing me with the faces he pulls while dancing.:russ:

The second match has to be the worst match of the tournament so far. Those dudes didn't gel one bit (I refuse to look up their names and pretend I remembered what the fukk they were called, they were the Scottish 22 year old with the 44 year old face and the Bollywood guy) and the whole match was some struggle shyt. fukking Scottish guy is going against Ho Ho Lun too so you know that match is going to be another stinker.

Some have already said it but Gallagher really exposed Zack Sabre Jr here. Same style except Gallagher got a gimmick that is brilliantly executed in and outside of the ring and works. It might really be a bit too much to ever rise to the top but that man deserves a life-long contract.

What is left to be said about Gargano vs Ciampa outside of the fact one of those two big kickouts should've ended the match, partly because Ciampa could use the win more than Gargano since he seems to be the crowd favorite of the two and as he proved in this match, Ciampa deserves far more recognition.

WWE is stoopid cause ciampia is actually the one guy that is the most dark horse over guy in all domestic wrasslin.
who could make a boom if booked with the rocket on his back.

The WWE dropped the ball not immediately inserting ciampa into the Main roster.
As a matter of fact, i can't think of anyone other than Daniel Bryan who is that over domestically.
