Also, if they are going to use the Crisis comic as inspiration:
In that comic Earth 2 Superman sacrifices himself to defeat the Anti-Monitor but then he gets saved by an alternate Earth Luthor and reunited with Lois Lane in some "other place" where they can live their lives together. So I wouldn't be surprised if they don't have some sort of ending like that for Oliver and Felicity in his last episode.
