There needs to be a third party, but the only issue with that is republicans are so much like a cult that a third option would just split the democrats up.
Man I'm bout to vote for Biden and I have no idea why other he ain't Trump. That's how bad it is. For everything you can say that's wrong with Biden, the other candidate is worse at it.

A progressive party is still a long way off but the strategy should be short and potential long term depending on outreach. I think the only way it can happen is if progressives focus their energy on tapping into the other half of the country that doesn’t vote while continuing to play nice with Dems.
Young voters have to decide it's important to vote.
