We always do it two weeks before the draft, which is always the Tuesday or Wednesday before the season opener.

I don't want people changing keepers with 4 days to go before we draft, people have no ideas whose going to be available for drafting, etc.

I now what your saying, but if we wait until after the 3rd preseason game, everyone has less than a week to know whose being kept and who they can draft.
